Unlike our debut issue, which was delivered to all Missouri Bar members via the U.S. Postal Service, the subsequent issues of Precedent are being provided to members in two different ways. Those of you who regularly receive ESQ, The Missouri Bar’s weekly electronic newsletter, will receive your issues of Precedent electronically. The rest of our members will receive the traditional printed version of this publication.

In fact, the advent of this arrangement for Precedent is a good time to remind all members that they may choose to receive several Missouri Bar publications in the format that is most compatible with their needs. The goal of this arrangement, of course, is to facilitate communication between The Missouri Bar and individual members in a way that is most beneficial, convenient and helpful to them.

If the delivery method by which you received the Spring, 2007 issue of Precedent best meets your needs, you need do nothing. However, if you wish to receive Precedent in another format, please let us know by sending an e-mail to precedent@mobar.org, or send a note to me at P.O. Box 119, Jefferson City, MO 65102.
