CONTRACT ATTORNEY - ENTRY LEVEL - We are looking for a contract attorney for 6 months, possibly leading to full-time employment, for the handling of bankruptcy cases, conducting consultations, preparing petitions and filing with the court. No experience required. We will train within the first 6 months. We are a team of three attorneys and 3 paralegals. The ideal candidate will be able to work in team as well as independently, is motivated, self-disciplined, pays attention to detail and has good communication skills. The compensation for the contract position is based on the number of consultations and petitions filed. The base salary for the full-time position following the 6 month contract period is $35,000 per year plus a possible bonus of approximately $10,000 annually depending on performance.
