The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated May 5, 2009, repealed subdivision 18.03 (Duties of Office of State Courts Administrator), subdivision 18.05 (Continuing Judicial Education Requirements), subdivision18.06 (Reporting Requirements – Sanctions – Review), and Regulation 18.07 (Reporting Requirements – Sanctions – Review), of Rule 18, entitled “Municipal Judge Continuing Education Requirements and Nonlawyer Certification,” and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 18.03 (Duties of Office of State Courts Administrator), a new subdivision18.05 (Continuing Judicial Education Requirements), a new subdivision 18.06 (Reporting Requirements – Sanctions – Review), and a new Regulation 18.07 (Reporting Requirements – Sanctions – Review).

This order becomes effective July 1, 2009.

In an order dated May 12, 2009, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision 5.12, entitled “Request for Review by Complainant,” of Rule 5 (Complaints and Proceedings Thereon) and adopted a new subdivision 5.12, entitled “Request for Review by Complainant.”

This order becomes effective July 1, 2009.
