Roger P. Krumm Family Law Award
The Family Law Section and The Missouri Bar present an annual award to honor a family law lawyer who has demonstrated an exceptional degree of competence, skill, integrity, commitment, and dedication toward the improvement and advancement of the practice of family law and the children and families involved in family law matters. The "Roger P. Krumm Family Law Award" is given in honor of Roger Krumm, a family law attorney who possessed all of the characteristics, skills and integrity of those who receive this award.
The 2008 award winner is Cary Mogerman, a partner in the St. Louis law firm of Zerman & Mogerman, L.L.C. Mr. Mogerman's practice is limited to divorce law and related appellate practice. He is a graduate of Drake University, and obtained his J.D. degree from the Washington University School of Law in 1985.
Mr. Mogerman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a past president of its Missouri chapter, and serves as Missouri’s delegate to its board of governors. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, for family law, since 1998. He has written several articles on divorce law for legal journals, two chapters in The Missouri Bar CLE deskbook entitled Missouri Family Law, and is a frequent speaker at family law seminars.
