Please Note: The Office of State Courts Administrator has recently changed the format under which the
opinions are stored in an effort to make them more easily accessible electronically. As a result, the links to the ESQ case archives have been
affected and each link must be reestablished to work with the new format. While this process is taking place, you will only be able to search archives for
cases posted in ESQ on or after November 5, 2009, and retrieve links to those
full-text court opinions. For any cases added to the archives before November 5,
2009, the link within the summary will NOT take you directly to the court opinion
until all cases are converted. In the meantime, you will need to search for the
case on the Missouri Courts' opinions website at:
