Under direction of the Associate General Manager – General Counsel, the Utility Counsel will handle legal matters including litigation, contract review, negotiation, risk management and claims investigations involving the Utility.
Candidates must have knowledge of civil practice and procedure and skilled in oral and written communications plus the ability to relate to other employees and managers. OPSRG Corporate Counsel provides legal advice and policy guidance to the Corporation, both directly and through the use of outside counsel.
